Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VibeGate service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VibeGate provides automated static and dynamic analysis of AI agent skill packages and maintains a public ledger of scan results. Analysis is entirely automated. No human review is performed unless explicitly described in a purchased service tier.

3. Nature of Automated Analysis

All scan results, risk scores, status classifications, and findings are generated by automated software systems. They represent statistical indicators and heuristic patterns detected during analysis. They are not:

• A professional security assessment or penetration test.
• A determination that a skill is or is not malicious.
• Legal advice or a regulatory compliance determination.
• A warranty, guarantee, or endorsement of any skill or developer.

A "Verified" status means only that no significant automated indicators were detected for the specific build artifact (identified by SHA-256 hash) at the time of analysis.

4. Public Ledger

Scan results written to the public ledger are permanent and publicly visible. By submitting a skill for analysis, you consent to the skill name, developer name, source URL, hash, status, and risk score being displayed publicly. VibeGate does not guarantee removal of ledger entries.

5. Submissions

You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit any skill package for analysis. You must not submit packages that contain malware intended to compromise VibeGate's infrastructure, or packages you do not have authorization to analyze.

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid reports and services are non-refundable once analysis has commenced. If analysis cannot be completed due to a technical failure on our side, a full refund or rerun will be offered at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibeGate and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Reliance on automated scan results.
• Decisions made based on risk scores or status classifications.
• Inaccuracies, false positives, or false negatives in automated analysis.
• Any action taken against a developer, publisher, or skill based on ledger records.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibeGate is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
